In France’s deadliest terrorist attack in modern history, 3 Islamic Jihadists stormed into a newspaper office killing 12 and wounding many others. Islamic Jihadism is on the rise despite Obama’s claims otherwise.
Masked gunmen shouting “Allahu akbar!” stormed the Paris offices of a satirical newspaper Wednesday, killing 12 people, including the paper’s editor, before escaping in a getaway car. It was France’s deadliest terror attack in living memory.
French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said security forces were hunting for three gunmen after the noon-time attack on the weekly, whose caricatures of the Prophet Muhammed have frequently drawn condemnation from Muslims. Twelve people died and eight were wounded, including four critically, officials said.
French President Francois Hollande called the slayings “a terrorist attack without a doubt” and said several other attacks have been thwarted in France “in recent weeks.”
There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
Clearly this was an Islamic Jihadi attack on people who they consider to be ‘Infidels’ exercising their ‘free speech’ in Paris. What’s disturbing is not long ago, the President of the ‘Free World’, Obama, gave a speech at the United Nations that has almost terrifying implications.
From The Federalist:
Two years ago, a crude video against Islam was used as pretext by Islamists in various countries for riots and violence. Though that same video had nothing to do with the coordinated attack on U.S. outposts in Benghazi, resulting in the assassination of U.S. ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others, the administration claimed it did. The administration even rewrote talking points to blame an imaginary protest against the video as leading to those deaths.
Not long after, President Barack Obama spoke at the United Nations. Among good things he said, he also had this to say about people who mock Islam, such as the brave, now martyred, journalists at the satirical French publication Charlie Hebdo:
“The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”
Really? In the United States and in many countries across the world, free people are allowed free speech. What kind of United States President makes that statement and thinks nothing will come of it? What kind of United States President makes that statement in the first place?
In the United States we have the 1st Amendment which protects our freedom of speech. We are allowed to speak out against religion, government and essentially anything, including the prophet of Islam.
When you have people like Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State and Obama as President lying about some video during Benghazi, there is a problem. Do journalists, bloggers and free Americans have to fear Islam because they know Obama agrees with Islamic Jihadists that free speech doesn’t exist when it comes to talking about Islam?
