Kimberly Morin writes that Mark Levin is not happy, and he’s letting loose on the Senate Republicans who are nothing but frauds and hoaxers.
On Wednesday night there was a vote to repeal Obamacare, the same legislation that all but one Senate Republican had voted to pass in previous years. But this time, several of those same Republicans voted against the repeal. From Conservative Review:
Republican senators who voted to block an Obamacare repeal are “hypocrites” and “liars” who ought to be defeated at the ballot box “at all costs,” Mark Levin said during his national radio show.
The Wednesday evening segment came just hours after a “clean repeal” of Obamacare – promoted by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky. – was killed in the Senate by a small cadre of seven GOP lawmakers.
“The vote today demonstrates that the Republican Party is the party of a progressive movement,” Levin said of the outcome, and that the party of Presidents Ronald Reagan and Calvin Coolidge is gone.
Levin also posted on his Facebook page:
Who are these mealy-mouthed, lying, fraud senators?
In 2015, every Republican senator voted for this bill to repeal Obamacare with budget reconciliation, which was sent to President Obama’s desk for a veto. In 2017, voting on the same bill, some did not.
Here are the senators who changed their positions, breaking their promise to repeal Obamacare.
Senator Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn.
Senator Susan Collins, R-Maine
Senator Dean Heller R-Nev.
Senator John McCain, R-Ariz.
Senator Shelley Moore-Capito, R-W.Va.
Senator Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska
Senator Rob Portman, R-Ohio
With the exception of Susan Collins, all of the senators listed above voted to repeal Obamacare when Barack Obama was president.
It seems they cared about what their constituents wanted when they knew Obama would veto it, but now that they have a president who will follow the will of the people, they no longer give a rat’s a$$ what the people want.
Every single one of these senators needs to be booted the hell out of office. They do not represent the party that is supposed to be for smaller government and lower taxes.
They do not represent the people.
