TRUTH: What Upsets DNC About Russian Election Interference The Most

Robert Gehl reports that the world seems absolutely shocked that Hillary Clinton would collude with the Democratic National Committee to win the party’s primary and seize the nomination for herself.

Why, who ever heard of such a thing! The system is rigged! they cry.

How quickly we forget.

It was a few short years ago that another presidential candidate was busy colluding with the DNC to secure the party’s nomination, long before anything was officially decided.

Flash back to 2008, when Clinton was waging a pitched battle with Barack Obama for the nomination.

As detailed in the documentary “We Will Not Be Silenced,” Democratic party activist Gigi Gaston exposed the techniques and tactics used by the unknown and untested senator from Illinois. Thuggery, deception, and disenfranchisement were common – a Chicago-esque culture of corruption.

According to Gaston, the Obama campaign encouraged an army of supporters (ACORN, anyone?) to steal caucus packets, falsify documents, change voting results, and allow unregistered people to vote. They scared and intimidated Hillary supporters, stalked them, threatened them, locked them out of their polling places, silenced their voices, and stopped their right to vote.

Teachers, professors, civil rights activists, lawyers, janitors, physicists, ophthalmologists, accountants, mathematicians, retirees… discuss how their party has disenfranchised them, and how, when they saw and reported multiple instances of fraud, everyone turned a blind eye. Rather than support and protect the voices and votes of its loyal members, the DNC chose to sweep this under the rug by looking the other way.

Now you know where Hillary fine-tuned her campaign strategy: watching Barack Obama.

Karen McQuillan from The American Thinker writes:

Political junkies will recall that Obama gained crucial momentum after his surprise win of the Iowa primary.  He won in Iowa by breaking the law and busing in supporters to vote.  Everyone in Iowa could see it with their own eyes – and that includes the entire national press corps.

Dr. Long spent several months studying the caucus and primary results, published here.

“After studying the procedures and results from all 14 caucus states… my conclusion is that the Obama campaign willfully and intentionally defrauded the American public by systematically undermining the caucus process,” she said.

In Hawaii, caucuses ended up with more ballots than participants.  In Nevada, Obama supporters upturned a wheelchair-bound woman who wanted to caucus for Hillary.  They flushed Clinton ballots down the toilets.  Union members were told they could vote only if their names were on the list of Obama supporters.

Complaints were filed and the party acknowledged that the tactics “amounted to criminal violations,” but nothing happened. Still Obama won in all but one of those caucuses – even in Maine, where Hillary led by double digits.

During the summer of 2016, The Washington Post detailed the tactics of the now infamous “superdelegates.”

In 2008, the superdelegates became infamous — and essential. That year, as in this one, they helped the party’s frontrunner cross the threshold by releasing endorsements around the final primary. The irony was that the 2008 election, a near-tie, ended with pro-Clinton superdelegates flipping to support then-Sen. Barack Obama.

There’s more – so much more – to the tactics that Obama used. But we know now that this type of chicanery is nothing new. It’s par for the course, likely with both political parties. The Democrats just got caught.
