The Clinton restoration took another step towards fulfillment when the queen in waiting scored a big win in Tuesday’s New York primary over socialist cadaver Bernie Sanders. The Vermont crank already faced an uphill battle to contend for a nomination that was all but handed to Mrs. Clinton back in 2008 after she was “schlonged” by the smooth-talking Barack Obama and that hill just got a lot steeper.
There is just no way that Hillary will suffer the indignity of having her sense of entitlement so rudely violated again and nothing short of a federal indictment or a massive heart attack will stop her from being crowned this summer in Philadelphia. This is double the case when it comes to Sanders standing in her way.
Hillary whacked Bernie in the Empire State, a loss that was as brutal as a Central Park mugging and brought a screeching halt to whatever momentum that Sanders had built up in running off a string of unexpected victories. The high water mark for Bernie’s socialist revolution came in Wisconsin two weeks back but when things start getting dirty the Clintons get down to the serious nut-cutting business.
Calls for Bernie to cease and desist his uncouth challenge of Queen Hillary are growing louder by the day and the Clinton loyalist packed party establishment is engaged in hand-wringing that not doing so could have lasting damage, perhaps spilling into November. The pesky Sanders has already deprived the Clintons of a golden opportunity to capitalize on the GOP establishment’s fratricidal war against it’s own front-runner. This may ironically transform him into some sort of twisted heroic figure if she goes down to defeat in the general election and America is saved from the clutches of the Clinton crime family.
But Sanders isn’t going away anytime soon as the Washington Examiner reports that the candidate sent out the following missive to his dead-enders:
Sisters and Brothers –
When we started this campaign, I emailed my supporters and said, “This campaign is not about Bernie Sanders. It’s about a grassroots movement of Americans standing up and saying: ‘Enough is enough. This country and our government belong to all of us, not just a handful of billionaires.'”
I believe that now more than ever.
We still have a path to the nomination, and our plan is to win the pledged delegates in this primary. Next week five states vote, and there are A LOT of delegates up for grabs. I am going to keep fighting for every vote, for every delegate, because each is a statement of support for the values we share. That’s why I have to ask:
Can I count on you to add a $2.70 contribution to our campaign – right now – to help us win this primary and as a way of saying you will never stop fighting for the ideas that have powered our political revolution?
The truth is that if we stand together, there is no limit to what we can accomplish. We can bring hope to the political process. We can make real change. People should not underestimate us.
Bernie’s Bolsheviks just gobble crap like that up and come back begging for seconds, Lenin loved what he called “useful idiots” and so does Sanders. Despite the inconvenient truth that socialism in America peaked way back in the era of Eugene Debs and communism itself lies on the scrapheap of history, the old crank just keeps preaching to the choir. It may be that he has reached the stage where he is drinking his own Kool Aid or has become senile because the reality of the situation is that Bernie Sanders has as much chance as Deion Sanders of being elected POTUS. Look for Team Hillary and her winged monkeys in the liberal media to do away with the niceties very soon and to take out Mr. Sanders and his followers with extreme prejudice.
Bernie’s socialist utopia is about to collide with the law of the jungle.
