Social Media EXPLODES On John Kasich For His Refugee Policy; It’s BAD

Twitter users have called Ohio Gov. John Kasich to task after a Muslim Somali refugee went on a rampage on the campus of Ohio State University Monday.

Kasich’s statement was posted to Twitter following the attack:

BizPac Review reported:

The man who attacked Ohio State University students with a car and knife on Monday has been identified as a Somali refugee.

The man, who has been identified as 18-year-old OSU student Abdul Razak Ali Artan, was a refugee from Somalia who had legal permanent resident status, according to NBC News.

Initial reports called the attack a shooting but it was later discovered that the attacker drove his car over a curb and into a crowd of people and then got out to stab them with a butcher knife injuring 10 people.

A nearby police officer responded quickly and shot the suspect dead.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who last September told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that he “wouldn’t say to these (refugees), ‘You can’t come in,’” sent his “thoughts and prayers” to the victims.

Twitter users swiftly took Kasich to task over his insistence that his state open itself up to Somali refugees.

Back in February, after the heinous machete attack committed by an African Muslim immigrant in Columbus, Ohio at a restaurant owned by a Christian Israeli Arab, WND reported:

Ohio Gov. John Kasich has been supportive of the refugee resettlements in his state. Like many GOP governors, he has questioned the quality of the vetting process for Syrian refugees, but nothing has been said about the Somali refugees who have been arriving in large numbers for years and struggling to assimilate. They continue to arrive in U.S. cities at a rate of 500 to 800 a month without so much as a word from the GOP governors.

Looks like these Twitter users rightly took Kasich to task for his dangerously poor judgment …
