Vladimir Putin told reporters that if Congress really wants a tape of President Donald Trump speaking with Russian officials, he could get it for them.
The Russian president jokingly said he can provide the House and Senate with a transcript of the conversation between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, The Daily Caller reports.
