Buckle your seat belts because it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
If at least one egghead at Yale is correct, President Donald Trump doesn’t just pose a threat to our economy or our global reputation or even our national security.
No – Trump poses a threat to the entire human race.
Dr. Brady Lee, a Yale psychiatrist who has briefed members of Congress on Trump’s mental fitness, told Newsweek that Trump’s mental problems are not just dangerous for the US – but for the entire world.
“As more time passes, we come closer to the greatest risk of danger, one that could even mean the extinction of the human species,” Lee said. “This is not hyperbole. This is the reality.”
Lee – who is essentially diagnosing the President without ever having spoken with him (a violation of the “Goldwater Rule”) – said that Trump’s mental fitness is a ““public health emergency that needs to be responded to as quickly as possible.”
He also said there’s a pretty good chance that Trump will lash out violently in the near future.
His “verbal aggressiveness, history of boasting about sexual assault, history of inciting violence at his rallies, and history of endorsing violence in his key public speeches” is a predictor for impending violence, she said. “He has also shown an attraction to violence and powerful weapons.”
Trump can’t win, by Dr. Lee’s account. Even his vehement denials of any mental impairment are evidence too that he is in poor mental health and has an “ailing mind,” The Blaze reports.
“Deflecting or projecting are often concerning signs,” she said. “Usually, as someone becomes mentally impaired, they lose the ability to consider the possibility that something could be wrong.”
Back in November, Lee wrote an open letter to The New York Times warning about Trump’s mental state. She urged lawmakers and others in the administration to have Trump undergo a psychiatric evaluation and pointed to key indicators of Trump’s mental stability.
“We are currently witnessing more than his usual state of instability — in fact, a pattern of decompensation: increasing loss of touch with reality, marked signs of volatility and unpredictable behavior, and an attraction to violence as a means of coping,” she said. “These characteristics place our country and the world at extreme risk of danger.”
Lee isn’t the only one making the claim. She is a member of the National Coalition of Concerned Mental Health Experts – a group of hundreds of mental health professionals who are “warning” about Trump’s mental state. She is author of a book called “”The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President.”

What do you think? Is Trump a “very stable genius” as he claims? Sound of below!
