There were many people in the United States who supported Justice Brett Kavanaugh after he was accused of sexual assault as a teen.
But when Dr. Christine Blasey Ford accused the justice she likely had no idea that one man who would continue to support him was her own dad, The Daily Wire reported.
Ralph Blasey, the father of Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, reportedly offered repeated support last fall to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after Ford made her unsubstantiated allegations against Kavanaugh.

The Federalist reports that privately, “it appears the Blasey family had significant doubts about what Ford was trying to accomplish by coming forward and making unsubstantiated allegations against Brett Kavanaugh. Within days of Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court, a fascinating encounter took place. Brett Kavanaugh’s father was approached by Ford’s father at the golf club where they are both members.”
“Ford’s father went out of his way to offer to Ed Kavanaugh his support of Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court, according to multiple people familiar with the conversation that took place at Burning Tree Club in Bethesda, Maryland,” The Federalist continued. “‘I’m glad Brett was confirmed,’ Ralph Blasey told Ed Kavanaugh, shaking his hand. … The conversation between the two men echoed a letter that Blasey had previously sent to the elder Kavanaugh.”

That is a sad state of affairs for Blasey Ford when her own dad and family think that she is lying about the Justice.
And they had good reason to doubt her claims as, this week, the attorney for Blasey Ford admitted that saving abortion motivated her client.

The woman who accused Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a teenage party has now had her motivation revealed.
The Daily Caller obtained footage of the attorney for Christine Blasey Ford and what she revealed was what many had suspected.
Debra Katz, the attorney for Blasey Ford, said that she is thrilled that Justice Kavanaugh will have an “asterisk by his name” when he “takes a scalpel” to Roe V Wade.
“In the aftermath of these hearings, I believe that Christine’s testimony brought about more good than the harm misogynist Republicans caused by allowing Kavanaugh on the court,” she said.
“He will always have an asterisk next to his name,” she said in the video first reported in Ryan Lovelace’s new book, “Search and Destroy: Inside the Campaign Against Brett Kavanaugh.”

“When he takes a scalpel to Roe v. Wade, we will know who he is, we know his character, and we know what motivates him, and that is important; it is important that we know, and that is part of what motivated Christine,” she said.
“A lot of people ask if Christine Blasey Ford was lying,” Lovelace said in an interview with The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“To know that, you have to know her motivation,” he said. “Since she has not talked to me directly, the best way I can understand what she is thinking is by what her lawyer is saying.
“And her lawyer says that she is motivated, at least in part, by Roe v. Wade protecting legalized abortion,” he said.

“I think if we knew in September what we know now, there would have been all kinds of questions at the hearing about this,” he said.
“I want people to look for themselves and to understand for themselves,” the author said in his interview with the DCNF.
In his book he spoke about the motivation of Blasey Ford and how what her attorney said contradicts what she said.
“Before the confirmation, Ford had maintained that she came forward out of a sense of civic duty to provide information that she thought senators needed to know before voting on Kavanaugh,” he said in his book.

“We must ponder the very real possibility that had Dr. Ford not come from the same background, and the same race, and the same class, and the same country club as Brett Kavanaugh, had she not had an impeccable academic record, and stellar professional credentials, if she was not on the faculty of Stanford with 70 publications to her name, if she wasn’t married to a man with two children, would she have been given the opportunity?” he said.

One of the questions @jcnseverino and I are asked most frequently is what motivated Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford. A new book quotes her own attorney saying she was “motivated” in making her unsupported allegations by her support of abortion. https://t.co/0qKqhRnPTx
