During yesterday’s show Fox Business Host Lisa ‘Kennedy’ Montgomery laid out the current state of affairs in our country regarding the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, saying that asking people to snitch on their neighbor for having too many guests is reminiscent of Nazi Germany
“Would you snitch on a neighbor who had a few too many people over for Thanksgiving,” Kennedy said. “And what would you do if a neighbor ratted you out for the same thing?”
“That is the reality for a number of places across the country. A few of them I have lived in, as government law enforcement try to figure out how to keep people safe during the pandemic.”

“But do we really want to turn this country into Germany to make sure it happens?”
“Well, according to the Governor of Oregon, yeah.”

Kennedy then played a clip of Oregon’s Governor Kate Brown asking residents to snitch on their neighbors because her turkey day restrictions are just like a “noise ordinance.”
“This is no different than what happens if there is a party down the street and it is keeping everyone awake. What do neighbors do? They call law enforcement because it’s too noisy,” Governor Brown said.

Kennedy then expanded her argument against these severe Thanksgiving restrictions on our personal freedom “It’s just like a noise ordinance. Any more than six people over for Turkey could be big fines or jail time.”
“Yes your going to rot in prison, catch covid and die. Good stuff Kate.”
“Some officers have said that they will refuse to knock on any doors,” Kennedy added.
“Same goes here in New York where a handful of sheriffs have publicly said they will not obey governor Andrew Cuomo’s lockdown orders. And boy is Andy furious.”
“In California people are protesting all over the golden state, and in the streets over Gavin Newsom’s strict new curfew.”

You have to stay home from 10:00 P.M. until 5:00 A.M. It is lights out Sally unless your walking your dog or grabbing a frozen dinner from the grocery store.
“It is awful. But at the end of the day it’s about freedom and individuals.”
“We have to be smarter. But is stripping our right and writes in turning neighbors into narcs the best way to do this? Especially on a holiday that is special and necessary as Thanksgiving.”

Kennedy is right.
Asking people to snitch on their neighbors for having too many people in their home for Thanksgiving is what totalitarian dictators do.
It is past time for people to ignore the dictates of our increasingly tyrannical governors and rise up and grab their freedoms back.
