We just learned who’s financing the migrant caravan heading towards our border:
Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández told Vice President Mike Pence that a migrant caravan approaching the U.S. southern border is being financed by Venezuela, Pence revealed in a Washington Post appearance Tuesday.
“The President of Honduras told me this was organized by leftist groups in Honduras and financed by Venezuela,” Pence declared. A senior administration official confirmed to The Daily Caller a call took place between Hernandez and Pence regarding the migration situation.

Well if Venezuela is funding it, Honduras and Mexico are co-conspirators.
Vice President Mike Pence also said it’s “inconceivable” that there’s not people from the Middle East in the migrant caravan (army) headed towards our border.

“It’s inconceivable that there are not people of Middle Eastern descent in a crowd of more than 7,000 people advancing toward our border.”
Not only are folks from known terror hot spots confirmed to be in the caravan, but transnational criminal organizations are also getting in on the fun.
On Sunday, DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen issued a statement about the ‘caravan’ or migrant army that has entered Mexico on its way to the USA’s southern border.
Neilsen warned that the caravan might be exploited by transnational criminal organizations like drug cartels and trafficking operations.
“While we closely monitor the caravan crisis, we must remain mindful of the transnational criminal organizations and other criminals that prey on the vulnerabilities of those undertaking the irregular migration journey,” said Nielsen.

“We shall work with our partners in the region to investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law all who seek to encourage and profit from irregular migration.”
She concludes, “We fully support the efforts of Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico, as they seek to address this critical situation and ensure a safer and more secure region.”

This whole thing is nuts.
Trump should tell the Mexican government that if the caravan is not stopped immediately we’ll halt all trade with Mexico, halt wire transfers from the USA to Mexico, and seal the border shut tighter than a drum.
