MSNBC Hosts Literally Cry After Mueller Found No Collusion

The media was in meltdown mode after it was reported that the Mueller report had ended and collusion was not coming.

But none in the media were more unhinged than those in the Resistance headquarters known as cable news network MSNBC.

As many on CNN, which has been a home for the Resistance, had given President Donald Trump his due and said there is no collusion, MSNBC hosts could not accept it.

Why was there never an interrogation of this president?” host Chris Matthews said. “We were told for weeks by experts, you cannot deal with an obstruction of justice charge or investigation without getting to motive. “

“You cannot get to motive unless you hear it from the person himself who’s being targeted, a subject of the investigation,” he said.

“How can they let Trump off the hook?” the host shrieked in disbelief as the news of no Russian collusion began to sink in.

“So far tonight we have no reason to believe Trump is going to be charged by rhetoric in the document itself, in the Mueller report, no he will not be charged with obstruction or collusion without ever having to sit down with the special counsel Mueller and answer his damn questions. How can that happen?” he said.

And host Rachel Maddow took it to the next level when she literally broke into tears, crying at the fact that there was no collusion found.

Should MSNBC be off the airwaves?

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, the queen of hyperbole and Russian conspiracy theories, fought tears as she gave her report on Friday.

“There is worries and speculation that the reason Bill Barr got that job, the reason he was seen by President Trump as a suitable replacement for Jeff Sessions and therefore what might be expected of Bill Barr in that job is that once he got confirmed as attorney general, he’d stick his foot out and trip the special counsel, right?” she said with tears?

“He’d use his power as attorney general to block Mueller from something that Mueller was otherwise going to do,” she said.

“Something that Mueller was otherwise going to pursue Barr was going to block him. At least as far as this letter goes, from the attorney general Bill Barr tonight, Barr says he never excised that power. He’s notifying Congress formally,” she said.

“There is never anything the special counsel sought to do that Bill Barr stopped Mueller from doing. And that’s fascinating. Of course, everybody would like to hear that from Robert Mueller as well as from Bill Barr speaking on Mueller’s behalf and Robert Mueller is still at this point publicly silent,” Maddow said, fighting tears.

“As he has been from the very beginning although we’ll have more on that later. Here is more from the letter, though. The special counsel has submitted to me today a quote confidential report explaining the prosecution or delineation I’m reviewing the report that I may be in a position to advice you of the principle conclusions as soon as this weekend,” Maddow said.

“So this is the attorney general telling us he has Mueller’s report and he is not handing the report over to Congress. Right? This letter from Bill Barr is not a cover letter with Mueller’s findings attached,” she said.

“But he plans to give them I guess bullet points and advice ranking members of the special counsel of the principle conclusions,” she said.
