On the day that President George H.W. Bush was laid tor rest Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spent the time reflecting.
Reflecting on the war hero and American president who served his nation for decades?
Nope.

Reflecting on how fantastic she thinks she is.
And giving praise to those who kiss her butt.
In response to a story by The Boston Globe that sang her praises the 29-year-old New Yorker wrote
“(Fire emoji) Dang, @BostonGlobe!

Is Ocasio Cortez an embarrassment to America?
In the story The Globe wrote:
The outsiders standing outside at Pressley’s behest — Ocasio-Cortez and Trahan, along with Andy Levin and Rashida Tlaib, both of Michigan — were elected to shake their own party awake, too. They were sent to Washington not to compromise on their values, but to fight for them, to see that they’re not relegated to a shelf.
“I am so thankful that Ayanna is taking up this fight, because God knows we need it,” said Ocasio-Cortez.

It won’t be easy. It’s hard to see how anything of consequence will change over the next two years.
“I have no illusions about how hard it is to craft a forward-facing, lifesaving policy while we are fighting this administration at every corner,” Pressley said.
But for the first time in about two years, hope has a mandate.
And she retweeted two more tweets from supporters talking about how fantastic she is.

For all the naysayers who were skeptical of AOC for her lack of experience – she now has buy-in from 20 of her colleagues for a #GreenNewDeal Select Committee even before swearing in.

.@Ocasio2018 makes me believe what Arundhati Roy said: “Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.” https://t.co/f2iGtT7T9V

On a National Day Of Mourning Ocasio-Cortez could not think about anyone other than herself.
