New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez certainly knows how to spend like she is rich.
Now that she is the beneficiary of taxpayer funds she is spending like the cash grows on trees, The Daily Mail reported.
The 29-year-old woman who complained that she could not find affordable housing in Washington D.C. has found a solution.

That solution is to get a luxury apartment that boasts and infinity pool and Steinway piano on the premises.
But surprise surprise, what it does not have is any affordable units for low income families.

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has moved into a luxury Washington D.C. apartment building with an infinity pool and a nearby Whole Foods, it was revealed Tuesday.
What it doesn’t offer is affordable housing – a platform the self-described socialist campaigned on in her bid to become the youngest female member of Congress.

Ocasio-Cortez makes $174,000 annually with her congressional salary and has used the funds to move into the posh Navy Yard neighborhood in Washington D.C. that, ironically, is also a favorite of President Donald Trump’s staffers, the Washington Examiner revealed.
Like any good socialist, now that she is spending other people’s cash she is spending as much as she can.
That is ultimately hat socialism is. Those on top get all of the funds and everyone else is equally poor.
As she ran for Congress, @AOC pledged to expand affordable housing in low-income communities.
Her "Green New Deal" promises “safe, affordable, adequate housing” for all.
She now lives in one of D.C.'s most hip and expensive neighborhoods.https://t.co/xfvAZTJbmq
