United States Women’s National Team star and World Cup Champion Megan Rapinoe is celebrating her victory by attacking President Donald Trump.
It is not a surprise as she spent the entire World Cup tournament attacking the president, but now, apparently, she is not an American.
She must consider herself not to be an American because she told CNN host Anderson Cooper that the Make America Great Again slogan excludes her.

“Message to the president. I think that I would say that your message is excluding people. You’re excluding me.

“You’re excluding people that look like me. You’re excluding people of color. You’re excluding, you know, Americans that maybe support you.
“I think that we need to have a reckoning with the message that you have and what you’re saying about ‘Make America Great Again.’

“I think that you’re harking back to an era that was not great for everyone. It might have been great for a few people and maybe America is great for a few people right now but it’s not great for enough Americans in this world and I think we have a responsibility, each and everyone of us, you have an incredible responsibility as the chief of this country to take care of every single person and you need to do better for everyone,” she said.
How does “Make America Great Again” exclude people of color, or gay people, or anyone who is an American citizen?
How is anyone who is an American excluded from the booming economy, the job creation and the defeat of The Islamic State?
That is a mental derangement where someone sees themselves being discriminated against when no one is doing anything to them?
She told ESPN, in an interview that came before her chat with CNN, that her argument with President Trump during the World Cup was positive.

“I see it as a positive thing,” she said. “I think when it was happening, we did keep a really tight bubble and the whole group was so supportive of me, but it did feel, like, positive in a way.
“Obviously, I think the tweets were negative in tone, as he usually does, but I think that we just . . . realized in that moment we’re so much more than what we are on the field.
“I think this team really understands, and is so prideful, that we do carry with us other people when we step out on the pitch.
“It’s the game, of course, and we want to win, but knowing the impact that we have already had, and knowing the impact that we were gonna have when we came home, the motivation of just that alone is incredible,” she said.
