The Daily Beast reported that the family of 26-year-old Gemmel Moore has made the new allegations as part of an ongoing civil case against Buck, who has donated tens of thousands of dollars to Democratic Party candidates in California and is well known in LGBTQ political circles.
Moore died of a methamphetamine overdose in July 2017. He was found naked on a mattress in Buck’s living room, which was littered with drug paraphernalia.

The complaint by Moore’s family previously alleged that Buck injected Moore with crystal meth and required Moore to view “hardcore gay male pornography which played loudly on a large flatscreen television set,” while engaging in sex acts, according to the Beast.
The latest allegation from Moore’s family claims that Buck “knowingly utilized interstate commerce for the purpose of recruiting, enticing and transporting” Moore from Texas to Los Angeles, for “commercial sex acts.”

“The new amendment is about making sure no box is left unchecked when it comes to all of the crimes that Ed Buck has committed,” Moore family advocate Jasmyne Cannick said.
“Information we received from other victims of Ed Buck that Ed Buck loves to take pictures of these young men, loves to take videos of them in their inebriated state,” she said.
“Gemmel Moore at the time was 26 years old and Ed Buck flew him here from Texas,” she said. “And within 24 hours, he died of a crystal meth overdose.”
“Throughout the course of really almost two years now, I have had dozens of young men reach out to me with information, photos, videos, their receipts—literally and figuratively—on Ed Buck,” she said.
“We amended this particular lawsuit to include human trafficking and revenge porn based off of very credible information that we received from other victims.

“I’m not going to give you an exact number, but it’s been at least a dozen,” she said in the court filing of the lawsuit against Buck.
“For anyone that’s been following this, the behavior that Ed Buck participates in is behavior that hasn’t stopped,” she said. “That’s why someone else died at his house.”
In spite of the two dead bodies at his home and the mountain of evidence compiled against him, Buck’s attorney said they will fight the charges.
We will reserve our comment to our court filings,” Buck’s attorney, Seymour Amster said to The Daily Beast, “and we will be aggressively litigating this.”
