The Biden administration has finally reached its final conclusion regarding the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Unsurprisingly, the White House put the blame for all of their bad decisions squarely on the Trump administration.
Following the release of the summary, NSC spokesman John Kirby held a press conference to address questions from the media.

From the timing of things it appears the administration wanted to minimize the time journalists had to digest the summary’s evident shortcomings before Kirby faced their inquiries.
