By now most everyone know billionaire and mainstream media baron Michael Bloomberg has dropped out of the 2020 race.
It was obvious even to him that continuing to bleed cash when Democrats clearly rejected his message was a losing proposition.
So Bloomberg walked away. But what did he get after spending more than $500 million dollars to try and buy the nomination?

Finally, a lesson that hopefully future candidates will heed:
Do those about sum it up?
Bloomberg basically got nothing for his money, but even worse he was mocked and scorned by Democrat party voters, the media, and President Trump.

President Trump was especially vicious with his scorn and mocking of Michael Bloomberg:
He tweeted this gem last night:

Which was the culmination of a series of tweets directed at “Mini-Mike” Bloomberg, after he left the race:
Mini Mike Bloomberg just “quit” the race for President. I could have told him long ago that he didn’t have what it takes, and he would have saved himself a billion dollars, the real cost. Now he will pour money into Sleepy Joe’s campaign, hoping to save face. It won’t work!

Mini Mike Bloomberg will now FIRE Tim O’Brien, and all of the fools and truly dumb people who got him into this MESS. This has been the worst, and most embarrassing, experience of his life…and now on to Sleepy Joe!

Mini Mike, “Three months ago I entered the race for President to defeat Donald Trump, (and I failed miserably!).

President Trump also re-tweeted this gem by Rep. Matt Gaetz:

Bloomberg spent $500m just to win American Samoa. He could have spent $700m to buy the whole place. It would have been a better investment than his campaign
He won the only area he didn’t visit. pic.twitter.com/njLoSFQvyr

So the bottom line is Michael Bloomberg wasted $500 million dollars.
Of course his net worth is reputed to be in the neighborhood of $60 billion, so perhaps $500 million is pocket change to him.
