One of Mayor Adams' Migrant Hotels in Midtown Manhattan Descends into ‘Free for All’ Madness with Drugs, Alcohol

New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams, a Democrat, is facing scrutiny over one of his migrant hotels in midtown Manhattan.

Eyewitness reports suggest that the hotel has turned into a chaotic environment, with newly arrived border crossers and illegal aliens engaging in drug use and excessive drinking throughout the night.

According to one migrant who spoke to the New York Post, The Row NYC, the hotel where Adams has been accommodating border crossers and illegal aliens free of charge for several months, has become a “madhouse” and a “free for all” after dark.

The migrant occupants of the hotel allegedly consume drugs and alcohol outside the hotel’s entrance, with eyewitnesses noting that people drink aguardiente and smoke weed throughout the night since they are not allowed to bring those substances inside.

On some occasions, migrant children are also said to participate in these activities, joining the adults in consuming drugs and alcohol outside the premises.

One eyewitness shared, “I’ve seen 12-, 13-year-olds drinking and smoking outside — a lot of the Venezuelan kids with the men. These kids…they don’t have structure or good role models. My kids are not allowed to follow that and hang out there. They know better.”

Former employees of The Row NYC have also come forward with similar accounts.

Carlos Arellano, a former employee, stated that he witnessed migrant children getting drunk and doing drugs nearly every shift.

Another former employee, speaking about the situation in January, mentioned that migrants at the hotel engaged in fights with staff, consumed drugs in the lobby, and even had public sexual encounters.

Since last spring, over 70,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived in New York City, with many being transported from Texas by Republican Governor Greg Abbott.

Mayor Adams has been awarding substantial contracts to the city’s influential real estate industry, which is providing accommodation to tens of thousands of migrants in hotels.

The latest development includes New Yorkers being burdened with an annual expense of $75 million to house border crossers and illegal aliens in Manhattan’s renowned Roosevelt Hotel.

Mayor Adams argues that the influx of illegal immigration has led to almost half of all hotel rooms in New York City being occupied by migrants.

This situation raises concerns about the potential strain on resources, public safety, and the overall impact on the city’s residents.
