Remember that Secret Service agent who disturbingly announced on social media that she wouldn’t take a bullet for President Donald Trump? That one who was put on paid leave? Yeah, well, now an ongoing investigation by Congress just got bigger.
Kerry O’Grady, the agent who proclaimed on Facebook last year that she wouldn’t take “a bullet” for a then-potential President Trump, is being investigated by the House Oversight Committee, which is now broadening that probe.

Reps. Jason Chaffetz, the Utah Republican who chairs the committee, and Elijah Cummings, the Maryland Democrat who serves as its ranking member, on Monday sent a letter asking the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General to produce all “documents referring or relating” to O’Grady.

In the letter, Chaffetz and Cummings asked DHS Inspector General John Roth to deliver the documents to the committee, preferably in electronic format, by 5 p.m. on Feb. 10.
The lawmakers did not specifically mention the Secret Service’s own investigation into O’Grady’s Facebook post, which the agency launched after the Washington Examiner reported on her post last month. She is on paid leave while the agency investigates.
The lawmakers may want to know whether DHS inspector general’s office declined to investigate O’Grady’s social media activity after the office received a complaint about it Oct. 11. The Secret Service has acknowledged receiving a complaint about her Facebook posts in early October and said it took “action.”
“To assist the committee’s ongoing investigation of the Secret Service, please produce all documents referring or relating to Kerry O’Grady and all associated attachments,” the letter stated.
The Secret Service agency also reportedly didn’t begin a full-scale investigation of O’Grady’s shocking posts until after the Examiner posted their bombshell report. According to the Examiner, critics within the Secret Service community would like to know why it took until then for a full investigation to take place.

O’Grady, the Denver office’s top Secret Service official, was apparently pretty busy on Facebook trashing Trump over the past few months. The now-infamous post saw O’Grady claim that she would prefer “jail time” over taking “a bullet” for Trump.
Like a true Leftist, O’Grady attempted to explain away her shameful, law-breaking post, in which she made it clear that she was unwilling to do her job, by claiming that Trump’s candidacy was “a disaster” for the nation and that it would be super bad for women and minorities.

Leave it to the social justice warrior set to refuse to do a job and follow the law based on identity-politics lies.
This is yet another example of how dangerous the left’s ideology and the hate they continue to foment — based on lies no less — is for the country.
O’Grady may have been a Hillary Clinton supporter, but hopefully she finds out that the Clinton rules don’t apply to her…
