You’ve probably noticed that the liberals in your life are scrambling to brag on social media after they receive their COVID-19 vaccination, often taking selfies holding up their vaccination cards or a similar scene.
It’s even more apparent with high-profile liberals, like San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, who was quick to post about his terrorist, incarcerated father receiving his COVID-19 in a New York prison last week, as the Daily Wire reported.
“Amazing news: My incarcerated father just got his first vaccine shot! I hope that once I get my vaccine, and the prison reopens for visitors, I will be able to see him again for the first time in over a year,” Boudin tweeted.

Here’s the quick rundown of the criminal history of Boudin’s father, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Boudin’s father, David Gilbert, 76, was convicted of felony murder in connection with the infamous Brinks’ heist in 1981, which left two police officers and a guard dead, while his mother, Kathy Boudin, was also convicted in the crime and paroled in 2003. Gilbert was sentenced to 75 years to life in prison for his role in the robbery which saw members of the Weather Underground and Black Liberation Army steal $1.6 million from a Brink’s armored truck at a suburban Rockland County mall in upstate New York. Sgt. Edward O’Grady and Officer Waverly Brown from the Nyack Police Department and Brink’s guard Peter Paige were all killed.

Of course, Boudin’s tweet celebrating his terrorist father’s vaccination didn’t come without backlash from those who pointed out there are still millions of vulnerable, edlerly Americans praying nightly that they’re able to receive their vaccination soon.
The Federalist writer Inez Stepman was quick to make that point.
“There are elderly people not in prison for participating in a robbery that lead to murder who can’t get a vaccine slot in California. I’m generally all in on every shot in an arm being a good thing but this is ridiculous,” she tweeted.
Not matter if you’re pro-vaccine, completely against it or somewhere in between, statistics show that elderly are certainly more vulnerable to COVID-19 than virtually any other population, as we’ve seen in cities like New York where thousands of deaths occurred in nursing homes.
While some states are prioritizing their elderly population (most of which are red states, by the way) other states seem to feel that convicted murders and terrorists should be provided a shot in the arm before your 93-year-old grandmother patiently and anxiously awaiting their turn in the local nursing home.

One social media user, according to Daily Wire, hit the nail on the head, even asking if Boudin posted the update just to be inflammatory.
“Happy to hear your convict father got his shot but my 60 year old mother with a compromised immune system is at the back of the line. I’m disgusted with the amount of people saying, people make mistakes. Sorry don’t get that pass with MURDER. Did you post just to piss people off?” the user wrote.
Only under President Joe Biden would this happen. I’m confident in saying that if Donald Trump were president, there would be an entirely different priority list.
