President Donald Trump has drawn the line in the sand and he does not care what anyone has to say about it.
U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday defended his attacks against four Democratic congresswomen, saying he was not concerned if people thought his tweets toward them were racist and accused the U.S. lawmakers of hating America.
“As far as I’m concerned if you hate our country, if you’re not happy here, you can leave,” Trump said at an event at the White House.

The event was meant to highlight U.S. manufacturing, with Trump viewing boats, motorcycles and other products that were made in the United States, but his comments about the lawmakers overshadowed the event.

“If you’re not happy in the U.S., if you’re complaining all the time, very simply: you can leave,” he said, drawing applause from some of the crowd. “You can leave right now. I don’t know who’s going to miss ’em.”
Asked if he was concerned that some people viewed his tweets as racist or that white supremacists had found common cause with him, Trump said it did not.

“It doesn’t concern me because many people agree with me,” Trump said.
Over the weekend Trump said in a tweet that the four first-term minority congresswomen, known informally in Congress as “the squad,” should “go back” to the “the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.”
President Donald Trump is not backing down from the attacks he has received from furious Democrats after he told progressive Congresswomen to go back to where they came from.
The president made his comments on Sunday and caused a firestorm of controversy because he spoke about “women of color.”
He came back at those attacks on Monday and did not back off of his comments or his attacks on the progressive congresswomen.

“When will the Radical Left Congresswomen apologize to our Country, the people of Israel and even to the Office of the President, for the foul language they have used, and the terrible things they have said. So many people are angry at them & their horrible & disgusting actions!” he said.
“If Democrats want to unite around the foul language & racist hatred spewed from the mouths and actions of these very unpopular & unrepresentative Congresswomen, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. I can tell you that they have made Israel feel abandoned by the U.S.,” he said.

President Donald Trump triggered many progressives when he told progressive Democrats to go to their “infested places they came from.”
The tweet appeared to be aimed at New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her squad, #Reps. Rashida Tlaib, Ayanna Pressley and Ilhan Omar.
All of the representatives are American citizens and all, other than Omar, were born in the United States so this made progressives furious.
“So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done.
“These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!” he said, The Hill reported.

Omar was born Mogadishu, Somalia, before coming to the U.S. as a refugee with her family. Pressley was born in Cincinnati, while Tlaib was born in Detroit. Ocasio-Cortez was born in New York.
Pelosi experienced pushback from the group of lawmaker after questioning their influence in an interview with The New York Times and referring to them as “the Squad.”
“All these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world,” she said to the Times. “But they didn’t have any following. They’re four people and that’s how many votes they got.”

Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) responded by accusing Pelosi of repeatedly singling out elected women of color.
“When these comments first started, I kind of thought that she was keeping the progressive flank at more of an arm’s distance in order to protect more moderate members, which I understood,” Ocasio-Cortez told The Washington Post.
