Trump releases a recorded video on Twitter telling protesters to “Go home.”
He tells the his supporters who started out peacefully protesting the certification of the electoral vote at the Capitol today but then breached it’s very walls to “Go home in peace.”

The President did make sure to point out he understands their frustration over the stolen election but this is not the way.

It is heartbreaking to watch what is happening at the Capitol and how in an instant a small group of people there for the right reasons made the wrong decision that will forever mar Trump, his supporters and all conservatives.
Take the President’s advice and go home!
