Overall, between March 29 and May 31, Ossoff reported $456,296.03 from California compared to $228,474.44 from Georgia. Ossoff received more than $220,000 from the Bay area alone. The Mercury News noted that the totals were only a fraction of the actual donations since he doesn’t have to report donations of less than $200.
His opponent, Republican Karen Handel, has seized upon Ossoff’s dependence on out-of-state liberals, telling him at the June 6 debate, “You might live just five miles outside of the district, but your values are nearly 3,000 miles away in San Francisco.”

Tom Price to head the Department of Health and Human Services, because Democrats perceive it as an early referendum on Trump’s presidency, and would get a major talking point if they could snatch a seat in the historically-Republican district. According to the latest poll, the race is too close to call.
TFPP will be watching closely to see whether Georgia values or California values win out in the end.
