Former President Donald Trump’s indictment on federal charges related to classified documents has once again highlighted the glaring disparity in our justice system.
While Trump faces scrutiny, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, both Democrats, seem to enjoy immunity despite their mishandling of classified materials.
This two-tiered system of justice is deeply troubling and raises serious questions about fairness and accountability.

Clinton, perhaps reveling in her partisan privilege, shamelessly took to Twitter to profit from her past actions.
Her audacious tweet seemed to taunt those who called for her indictment over the infamous email scandal: “But Her Emails.”

It’s a valid point. What about those emails, containing classified information, that Clinton stored on an unauthorized and inadequately secured private server in her basement?
The server that was conveniently wiped “like with a cloth.” Despite the gravity of her actions, she faced no real consequences.
It is abundantly clear that Clinton understood and continues to enjoy the perks of being part of the “right” party, shielded from the consequences that would have befallen any Republican in her position.
She brazenly boasts about her breach of the very rules that are now being weaponized to target Trump.
Even if one believes that Trump deserves the charges he faces, shouldn’t “stronger together” Hillary have faced the same level of scrutiny?

While Clinton managed to evade federal repercussions for her mishandling of classified materials, she still failed to win the presidency.
Moreover, Twitter users were not inclined to let her off the hook after her recent attempt to taunt the man who triumphed over the supposedly unbeatable Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2016.

The ongoing disparity in our justice system, where Democrats seem to receive preferential treatment, should concern every American who values fairness and equal accountability.
It’s high time we question this blatant double standard and demand a system that treats all individuals, regardless of party affiliation, with equal scrutiny and consequences for their actions.
After all, true justice knows no political boundaries.
Hillary Clinton had over 31,000 government emails on her private email server & nothing happened
President Trump had 31 documents that he had the power to declassify & he gets indicted
This is not “equal justice under the law”
This is politically weaponized injustice pic.twitter.com/3N7pV7V2pl
