San Francisco’s deteriorating conditions have caught the attention of an immigrant entrepreneur from Afghanistan, who claims that the situation in the city is worse than what he experienced in his home country.
Known simply as Zaid, he revealed to Fox News that his tobacco store, Cigarettes R Cheaper, fell victim to a gang robbery, resulting in the loss of over $100,000 worth of merchandise and cash.
Shockingly, none of the perpetrators have been apprehended.

He went on to highlight the prevalent issue of store robberies in the city, asserting that criminals take advantage of the perceived inaction of the police.
According to him, these criminals operated in his store for a full 20 minutes before fleeing in two cars, well before the authorities arrived.
The situation in San Francisco, according to Zaid, has taken a nosedive, particularly in the past two years since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He decried the rise in drug problems, homelessness, and brazen thefts that plague the city.
Zaid’s concern extends beyond his business; he believes that even customers are reluctant to visit due to the constant fear of being robbed or having their vehicles broken into.
