There is a report out of Australia about a group of Muslims who are holding a rally called “Innocent Until Proven Muslim.”
One of the things heard by the attendees is that the Australian school system is oppressive because it requires the children to sing their national anthem and to recite the citizenship pledge, which the Muslims say is “forced assimilation.”

The rally is being led by the Islamist activist group Hizb ut-Tahrir. Their spokesman, Uthman Badar, told the conference that while Australia “claims to afford freedom, but seeks to impose values and beliefs.”
“If you don’t share those values, why should they be forced to sing it?” Mr Badar said.

Badar complains that Australia’s values “make Muslims less Islamic. It is nothing less than forced assimilation … sought to be justified by exaggerated fear of a security threat,” he said.
It’s obvious this particular Muslim group has no desire or intention of assimilating into the Australian society but seek instead to force Australians to bend to their wishes and demands.
The United States of America needs to pay close attention to this. We already have Muslims in this country, particularly in Michigan, who are doing their best not to assimilate into American society.

Muslims across the country are demanding that the government change rules and procedures to meet Islamic requirements. Muslim welfare recipients have demanded halal foods at food banks. “Give me free food but it can’t be anything other than what I want,” is basically what they’re saying.
If Muslim immigrants do not want to assimilate into our society, don’t want to adapt to our customs and laws, and don’t like the fact that we Americans don’t have to do more than tolerate them, they need to stop coming here. And those already here can return to where they are comfortable.
Let me say this as gently as I can. This is America – the land of the free. That means you’re free to come here if you wish. But we’re not going to change our laws and customs for you. If you don’t like how we do things and don’t want to assimilate into our society then come for a visit and go home.
If you’re a Muslim American citizen and you don’t like it here anymore, there are many Muslim countries where you might find happiness. And there are many Americans who will help you pack.
