Ocasio-Cortez Heckled, Booed by Outraged Constituents at Queens Town Hall Meeting, “You’re a Piece of S***!”

On Friday evening, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) encountered the fury of several constituents during a town hall meeting in Queens.

Several New Yorkers present at the gathering voiced their concerns over the congresswoman’s permissive stance on illegal immigration, her position on raising the debt ceiling, and her endorsement of what seems to be unlimited U.S. financial aid to Ukraine.

One man, sporting a shirt with a Cuban flag and waving an American flag, boldly approached the stage, passionately proclaiming, “American citizens before migrants!”

The man continued to call out the congresswoman on her apparent lack of attention to the immigration issue, shouting, “You’re absent!”

As security led him out of the hall amid a chorus of boos, the man managed to get in a final comment: “You’re a piece of s***!”

The congresswoman, now serving her second term as a socialist Democrat, brushed off the incident with a laugh. However, the criticism didn’t end there.

As the discussion turned to the ongoing debt ceiling negotiations between the White House and Republican leadership, Ocasio-Cortez declared, “We should eliminate the debt limit in the United States.”

This comment was met with a blend of applause and disapproval.

One man in the audience voiced his discontent with her statement, highlighting her support for massive U.S. funding to Ukraine.

“You voted for $100 billion for Ukraine!” he exclaimed.

Another attendee promptly attempted to quiet him, declaring it was not his turn to speak.

Several attendees carried signs expressing their concerns and viewpoints.

Signs included: “America First: Vetted & Legal Migrants Only” and “Stop Funding Ukraine,” along with more personal messages such as “AOC Stop Crying” and “AOC An Obvious Criminal.”

In the past, Ocasio-Cortez has been confronted by frustrated constituents questioning her support for financial aid to Ukraine.

At a town hall meeting in October, she was accused by two attendees of endorsing nuclear war.

One of them asked, “Why are you playing with the lives of American citizens? You’re playing with our lives!”

“You voted to support and fund Ukrainian Nazis,” accused Jose Vega. “You’re a coward!”
