Six Flags is set to host “all-ages” drag shows at its theme parks nationwide throughout June.
As Six Flags Over Texas stated in their announcement, “The 45-minute live show will make you laugh and clap as our PRIDE entertainers offer a first-of-its-kind show at Six Flags Over Texas. Local Drag Queen legend Salem Moon will emcee our Drag Show. Adult beverages will be available for purchase near the show.” “All content is rated PG and is considered to be family-friendly and inclusive for all ages. Anyone under 17 should consult with a parent or guardian if there is concern.”
According to the announcement, the Texas-based theme park will hold these drag shows on Friday and Saturday nights for the duration of June.

Meanwhile, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in California is planning a special event called “Pride After Hours” and is urging visitors to “Join us for a show unlike any other! Drag Queens across the Bay Area such as Drag Queen Margo will be hosting shows throughout the night!”

Six Flags America, located in Maryland, has scheduled its Pride event to take place from June 20 to June 25.
Similarly, Six Flags New England will be hosting Pride events featuring drag queens on June 3-4, 10-11, and 17-18.
The park’s official statement, as reported by Explore Western Mass, describes the transformation of Six Flags New England into what they call the “PRIDEmosphere.” During this time, the park will undergo a complete aesthetic change with rainbow decor, balloons, rainbow street performers, interactive rainbow photo opportunities, and more. Drummers, stilt walkers, and balloon artists dressed in rainbow attire will also be present throughout the month of June, adding a touch of Pride fashion to the park. The festivities will include musical performances, including drag shows.

Furthermore, the report reveals that Six Flags New England plans to feature seven 20-foot rainbows along Main Street as part of its Pride transformation.
Various other Six Flags locations across the country will also be hosting LGBTQ events during Pride Month.
